Meet Carla
I am a Trainer and Consultant specialised in special educational needs and inclusion. I have worked in early years education for the past 19 years, supporting settings to embrace the principles of inclusive practice.
The courses reflect my experience of Special Educational Needs, studies of Child Development and years spent working across a multitude of settings.
I have been a Practitioner, Manager, Mentor, Assessor, Tutor and Local Authority Advisor, working across the private, voluntary and public sectors.
Like you, I have lacked the confidence to work with children, colleagues and families and this is why I decided to start this venture, so that I could tell you some of the secrets I have learnt on the way that have helped me enjoy my job increasingly more everyday!

I am constantly learning and developing my skills because I believe there is still something else I need to know and understand. Although at times it is scary to face my weaknesses, the joy of discovering something new is what makes my job so rewarding!
